PAYMENTS & SHIPPING

Payment Via PayPal is preferred, as your model can ship faster, but payments through postal money orders and personal checks can also be accepted.  Checks MUST CLEAR before the model can ship, which for checks, can take upwards of 30 days.  


All horses are shipped via USPS priority with tracking. Insurance is strongly advised for all items, as these are one of a kind art pieces. Insurance is mandatory on items over $500.  A NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - The customs value must be correct on the customs form. International buyers are responsible for any duty/taxes/charges, and are not included in the shipping.

Selling an item you have purchased from me prior to you actually receiving the piece is strictly prohibited. Any violations of this can result in being refunded for the item and / or no longer able to purchase items from me in the future. 

TIME PAYMENTS

All payments are non-refundable. 

The maximum length for time payments for most sales are 4-6 months.  Items that sell over $1000 may be able to be extended on a case-by-case basis PRIOR to bidding with at least 20% down at the time of the auctions close. The rest of the payments will then be spread in even, monthly payments.  A payment is expected every 30 days, if you are going to be late, an email would be expected to let me know of any delay. Non-payment for two consecutive months with no communication is grounds for cancelling the transaction and listing the art piece back for sale.  I understand emergencies happen, so please email me if there will be any issue.

I use PayPal's invoicing tool for all payments - this allows the rest to be paid off in equal monthly installments and makes partial payments easy for both parties to keep track of all payments made and amount due. This is something that is accessible to you at any time. 
Payment is expected on the SAME DAY EACH MONTH. A $25 late fee will be applied for missing or late payments. This is applied after one week of late payments and will be applied each week its late after that point. I will send courtesy reminders of payments due date each month.

Making your initial deposit on your piece is agreement to the above terms, unless otherwise discussed with myself in emails, in which case it will be indicated above in the invoice.

RETURNS, REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

All sales are final on painted pieces. 

Unpainted Resins have a 3 day inspection period, in that time, if you are not fully satisfied with the model, you can return it for a full refund, less shipping. The model must be sent back insured for its full value, as I cannot be held responsible for models who break en route to me.
​Commission models are non-refundable, as I will make every effort to ensure the model is what you envisioned. 

If your model needs repair or restorations, any artist may do that. I do not usually have room for restorations. Alterations are not permitted on any painted pieces without my explicit permission.  All alterations must be noted if the buyer chooses to sell the altered model in the future.
